For over 20 years, Spencer M. Hadley has been training and presenting on a variety of workplace topics. Having worked for five lieutenant governors and on several teams in the private sector, he has trained groups on topics ranging from election law to conflict resolution. Spencer earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Brigham Young University.
“Throughout my career, I have met amazing people with various skills, personalities, and paradigms. I have observed the best and worst practices in the workplace. I have worked with civic leaders, legislators, attorneys, lobbyists, bureaucrats, media, and volunteers. These experiences trained me well, but my greatest trainer and co-trainee has been my wonderful wife, Mariam. Together, we do our best to raise our six children in a happy and healthy environment–relying occasionally on very long walks and Netflix”.
“My wife and I enjoy spending time with our family. This is how we learn. My courses are based on what I have learned not just at work, but in the home as well. Even watching movies together can be educational. I take philosophies and ideas from modern and historical philosophers. From Plato to Yoda, the best thinkers and their principles appear in the narration of workplace training.”
“Having traveled to many places in the world, I have seen how different cultures play into the way we communicate. We each have something great to contribute to the conversation, but how we feel toward each other is often more important than what we say to each other”. — Spencer M. Hadley
